If you do a stated income loan you will have to provide the bank with your credit report, social security card and a verification of employment. This means we will not need your tax returns, bank statements or paystubs.

Stated income loans are the best type of loans for individuals that are self employed or have alternate means of income. You will have to put a minimum of 5% down payment on any stated income loan. This program also benefits commission employees and individuals with large amounts of tax write-offs.
